WELCOME TO
THINGS THAT PEOPLE WHO WORK IN RESTAURANTS
SHOULD KNOW
ABOUT THIS SITE
This site is a collection of eclectic thoughts, philosophies and tidbits of knowledge that I have amassed over four decades in the restaurant business. It is a mix of things I have observed and written about, as well as pieces of articles I have read over many years. Also, there are many topics and thoughts that are included here from colleagues that I consider the best of the best in our industry. My intention is not to steal other people's work, but to share a collaboration of great written thoughts I have collected, mixed with my own thoughts I have written about.

This site is my effort to help others in our industry achieve excellence.

Please Enjoy, Rich
